Amazing

Amazing is all I can say when I think about the Lords excellence. He keeps me standing on His rock, wayward man that I am! How amazing! My mind changes more than the waves of the sea, but He keeps me steadfast. Even in the times of compromise he beckons my heart to come back to Him. Satan's subtleties are strong, but my Gods genius is divine. He is the one who knows all things. God has wonderful ideas! The universe and all it contains; that was His idea. He thought and we became. How wonderful is the Lord? How powerful is our God? He gave light it's power so that it came millions of light years to reach us. He gave the heavens their expanse so that nothing we can do will even tap into their greatness. The farthest reaching telescopes do not even look at a millionth of all the universe. Light could travel at it's speed for billions of years and not even reach the end of our known universe. This, the God I serve, is my God. Out of the vastness of this universe and all of the wonderful things, He felt compassion and love for me. He chose me, He intercedes for me. Not the stars, not the planets, not the great galaxies abroad, but He did find it right to redeem me. 80 years of life on this earth, a sinner, to live without end in perfection...
